Mastering the art of self-discovery, full self-expression, and empowerment.
Offering individual, group, staff, and community sessions.
What:
Soul Expression™ at its essence is a process which takes you on a journey to your heart and soul. You may come as an individual or as a group of people known, or not known, to one another. The foundation of Soul Expression™ is that the more you know about yourself the more powerful you can be. To be powerful is to create the type of life you want to live, or be the type of staff or organization that you want to be, that you have no hidden barriers. You begin to understand what stops you in your life and you begin to have more energy to create what it is that you want.
How:
Soul Expression™ begins with an invitation to bring yourself to being fully present, to seeing your uniqueness, to following a process which uncovers more about yourself, to synthesizing this learning and state it, to acknowledge and be acknowledged and supported, to celebrate, and to know that you are not alone in this work. Many forms of expression are used throughout.
Who:
Soul Expression™ is for you if you are an individual looking for more connection within yourself, are looking to explore, share, and celebrate your uniqueness, to be free from your past, to find gratitude and more peace in your life, to know more about your passions, to feel more fully alive, rejuvenated, and joyous, and to be more of who you are meant to be in this world. This also applies if you are part of a group, or a staff, or a community who may or may not work together but have a common purpose, as healthy people make healthy, productive, and dynamic environments. It is also to nurture the nurturers, those who work with vulnerable and high risk populations such as those in the educational, medical, and criminal justice systems as well as for those in the hospitality, tourism, travel, fitness and other industries who are of service to others.

It's hard for people to break down walls in front of strangers, but you did it
